Just and update: The Doctor gave me a perscription for Magic Mouthwash!!! Really that's the name. He congratulated me for 8 days smoke free. Told me to hang in there......That this was not a reason to smoke.....Man, I thought he was going to say Go ahead....Smoke......This is the only way you will get rid of it. Nope..............Not One Puff Ever!!!! Thank Goodness for Doctors.....My mouth should feel better soon. Thank you for all your support........SMOKELESS!!!

Sherry,

Those days may be really long but they are adding up!  Keep going. Time will start to fly again before you know it.  One day at a time.

Good luck at the doctors.  Yes, many have mouth irritations after quitting.
