Yesterday I had it out with a co worker and I ended up walking away before I hit him.  I went outside and walked around the building, got out my mints, and did the deep breathing thing.  I did not smoke, not even the thought of a cig at that moment.  When I went back in I heard that my boss told him that if I was outside having a cig because of him, she was going to kick his a@#.   I made it through and shocked myself.  I wondered how I would handle it when I got that upset.  I guess I passed the test.  I just hope it works that well the next time.

This morning however, when I woke up, a cig was the first thing on my mind.  I drank half a cup of coffee and dumped the rest.  Got so fruit and juice instead.  Thought maybe the connection between the coffee and cig needed to be changed this morning.  I am OK now and ready to face the day.
