Great example of the control you have, Beckylynn!! Congratulations and stick close to that boss-lady... she seems like a decent manager and a good human being...

Well done, that is exactly the way to work through it...The best bit is that once you do that, you begin to understand that you can do that again and again until it becomes a matter of course.  And you are correct about the coffee.  I went from drinking 10 cups a day to maybe 1...I have always lived on the road for my work and coffee and cigarettes where my main stays...Not any more...Keep up the great work, you are doing a wonderful thing for yourself...

Your awesom, you beat it and you won!!  I always had a problem with the mornings.  I have now just started to drink coffee in the morning again.  I switched to tea right away when  I quit, I didn't want any triggers.  I always had about 1/2 pack down with a pot of coffee before even getting to work.  We need to change things sometimes until we get more comftrable I think.  That is my thoughts...fruit and juice were a good idea.  Hang in there...you are SO doing this!!!!  I am proud of you coming through a situation like that.  so very proud.
