Hey at least you tried to get to the gym. Its good you did something to treat yourself even tho you are fustrated over not getting to the gym.
We all have good and bad days, and for anxiety sufferers the bad days make it even harder for us.
I am always asking my therapist "when do you know you are pushing yourself too much" (as I am trying so hard to get better fast, yet i know fast doesnt work) and they say when you are feeling overwhelmed. Its ok to stay in a "safe routine" for a while before you try again to do more.
