I take Xanax and I can tell you it has been my life saver for panic attacks. I do not take it all the time, only when I start to feel a panic attack or anxiety before bedtime. One Xanax and it knocks that panic right out!

I have never taken any meds for my anxiety/panic attacks- even though my dr. prescribed them for me. i recently switched drs. and my new one told me i really need to take lexapro for my panic and klonopin to sleep at night- I asked him about the side effects- he said very mild- maybe nausea- does anyone take either of these meds?? what have been your experience? Any replies will help me put my mind at ease- Thanks!!
