I am doing great today. I understand what you are saying. With each person the quit is different. If your depression is mainly in the morning, try to change up your day.
Know that there are a lot of friends here pulling for you. post and let your feelings out some times that helps. I know that sometimes I just need someone to listen to my thoughts.
