I can feel how happy you must have been! I remember the 1st time I went to the mall & walked around the store without having to have someone right next to me the whole entire time. It seemed like such a small thing to my husband, but I was so very proud of myself for doing something that I hadn't done in years! Good for you! Sheri

Great! Congradulations! I am so happy for you! That took alot of courage and you have every right to be proud. I have not eaten out in a resturant in more than 5 years so I think you are fantastic!

Saturday night I ate out at a restaurant for the first time since I started experiencing anxiety/panic (and mild agoraphobic tendencies) back around Thanksgiving. I felt a little jittery the whole time, but I didn't have to take any meds and I didn't have an attack. I did feel better/calmer as soon as we left the restaurant, but I kept thinking 'I did it!' :)
