Peace,
I hope you are feeling better. I've been where you are at different stages in past quits as well as this one.
The nicodemon is doing its darndest to get to you. Its like once it knows you mean business, it turns up the heat. Perhaps quietly, softly, trying to pull you.
Do your VERY best to ignore it. I know its not easy, but one thing I can tell you is that this will pass. Its temporary, and you will come through it stronger that before.
Hang in there and know that we're here for you.
((((hugs))))

Hey Buddy!!!
Remember this drill?? Is there something missing in your life besides those nasty cancer sticks??? Think about it and try to pinpoint it!!!
We're non-smokers now, so it's NOT a cigarette that you are missing!!!
You may really need a punching bag!!! Maybe just a good burst of strenuous activity will get knock those blues out of your system!
Come on here and vent all you want and we'll keep helping you along through this little bump in the road!!!
Keep your chin up and a smile on your face, kiddo, cuz we're kicking that nico-demon's butt and he's not liking it one dam bit!!!
AND THAT'S SOMETHING TO SMILE ABOUT!!! ;p
(((HUGS!)))

Thanks.. sending up prayers will be helpful.
Not to worry Meg it is not on my mind to go out and buy
cig's.. I'm just so tired ya know? Tired of fighting the
craves and feeling so exhausted mentally.
It's almost 7 p.m. so i'm heading to bed now and just
settle in with some of my favourite shows on t.v. and
then off to sleep with the hope that tomorrow will be
better.
Thanks for the support all - you're the best.
Goodnight.
Peace

Josie the only thing which has changed dramatically is the
weather. It's very dreary and cold out.. was so warm and
sunny for weeks and when it started getting cloudy and cooler
yesterday i could feel the craves coming and my overall mood
changing. *shaking my head at a concrete answer for what i'm
feeling*
This is the worst I've felt since I stopped smoking and it's
scaring me .. that's all. I'm sure i'll feel better after a
good nights sleep. Last night i went to bed at 8 p.m. to escape
what i was feeling so i'll do that again tonight.

Peace,
Did something trigger this? Keep venting here if you have to, this is what we are here for. We are not here to judge! How about a walk to clear your head or better yet break those dishes or hit that punching bag!
Take it easy, we are behind you all the way!
