just thought i would check in ive been smoke free now for 49 days and i feel great i feel healthy and happy my mood is starting to mellow out now i am chilled lol dont think bout smoking at all i now hate the smell of smoke ive put on a bit of weight but thats what i wanted anyway so now am going to join my local gym.. hope you are all well take it easy...
