Thanks guys, it truly was a celebration!! Since quiting I started a fitness program at work where we are walking at lucnhtime, man I did not realize how out of shape I was. I've already lost 14 pounds and my blood pressure is back to 120 over 82!! Not bad for an old man!! No secrets here, just the support of great forum folks like yourselves and a change of attitude...I will no longer allow someone to sell me an addictive product for the sole purpose of robbing me blindly, if only I could have all the money this addiction took from me...
