Hey, to Jim and Brenna thank you for your support when it was needed most. :) To Denise, how right you are. I didn't realize really what kind of accomplishment getting throuh hell week really was until the beginning of day 9! I had my first smoking dream last night, and it made me realize that the worst was over. Now I just have demons hanging on trying to talk me into going back. How crazy it was to wake up and realize it was all a dream. How greatful I was! And last but not least, thank you peace. Your kind words carried me through last night. ;) Fighter :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/26/2008 Smoke-Free Days: 8 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 160 Amount Saved: $30.00 Life Gained: Days: 0 Hrs: 13 Mins: 26 Seconds: 35

You deserve some applause! The first week is better than a year, because you made the choice and stuck to it and it's so much harder in the beginning. So here are a few friends of mine, applauding for you! And I do wish you would be a little less modest, take some credit where it's due, ok? Fighter, One week is a fantastic accomplishment and deserves a big celebration. Your first week is one of the hardest, if not, the hardest week to get through. Your body has gone through many changes this week. Reward yourself generously and acknowledge what a great success this is. Brenna, Bilingual Health Educator
