Just want to say hi to all of my fellow quitters. Sorry I wasnt about to give a bit of support I dont know what I would have done without you all to help me through the hard times but I hope to be back in the next couple of weeks. If anyone can remember when I first posted on the site I explained that last October I went in to hospital to have an operation and couldnt have it done because I had a very serious lung infection this was one of the deciding factors for giving up smoking I stopped on the 2nd of January and I am still smoke free I am going back into hospital to have my operation in the next week or so my doc says he is very proud of me and he thinks I have just about stopped smoking in time not to have caused serious permanent damage I think this is the best news I have had in a long time. I havent been in work for a couple of weeks and I will only be here for a couple of days but I just had to pop in and say hello. To all the elder quitters I miss you all and to all the new quitters take all the advice you can and post often you will get loads of help and support on this site you will find great people to talk to people who have been there and know exactly what you are going through and can help you and just believe in your self, believe you can do it because you can do it you can be smoke free. Hope to talk to you again soon N.O.P.E.
