Hello, I have contacted several doctors and the only thing they tell me is to take it easy as its not dangerous, and sometiems they prescribe me antidepressants which i do not think i will ever take it, i had panic attacks seven years before, and managed succssfuuly to over come it, i am not sure why its taking now 10 months and i am not feeling any better.
Anyway thanks for your feed back
Lily
Lilly,
Do take the anxiety test as well as speak with your doctor. With the test in hand, it will better assess the situation for both of you. It is always better to safe.
Hope this helps,
Josie
