i guess i need to explain myself... my writing was not in any way to say i was going to do something irrational to myself... i just wondered if anyone else had have thoughts of just wanting to disappear or hide when experiencing a horrible panic attack I appologise for the miscommunication... I do want to live a long healthy life and hope that the misunderstanding is noticed by anyone that read my mid-panic post! Its funny, that sometimes a good sleep can ease you out of an attack that has lasted a few days. Anyone else ever have an attack that lasts more then a day? thanks and sorry again katie
