Hi Carlarae & Welcome! I missed your first post but I went back and read it. You really do have some good reasons to quit. But, don't forget the #1, CARLARAE! And it's very important that you don't let her down!! Keep that list handy and read it over and over and add to it when you think of new reasons. That will really help keep your mind on the quit. As you go days without smoking, you will notice some really great advantages of staying quit. Write those down too and share them with everyone. You are doing a great thing by quitting and you will be so glad that you did this. Keep yourself busy. Come to this site and read and post often. We are all behind you and can't wait to celebrate your milestones! So far so good! I felt pretty good all day today at work. When lunch hour comes, I usually feel tired and lethargic. Today was a perky day. The patch helps me from being a grouch. No doubt, I have thought about smoking this morning and right after work, those cravings were pretty strong, but I pressed on and kept busy. Thank you to those who responded to me. It gives me something to look foward to when I am thinking about lighting up. So keep writting me. It helps a lot!!
