Hi bj
You will pull out of this just fine. It sure can get a bit scary at times though, can't it? 40 days is something to be proud of bj. When
I was around the 40 day mark I had some rough going but it would always pass. I think to un-learn this addiction takes some time and a great deal of patience and hard emotional work. Before you know it that ticker will say 100 days.
You are doing great even though you may not be feeling it right now. Tomorrow is a new day and hopefully it will bring a better mood for you as well.

Hi Bonnie, Those 'sneaky thoughts" can be a real pain in the you know what. Create that picture in your mind that you told me about a few days ago. Have a great day today Bonnie.

I went back on the Chantix to 1 a day about 3 days ago.. I was doing fine .... until today.
I am have a lot of "sneaky thoughts" I get rid of them.. and up they pop. I was a little anxious/irritated today.. We are dog sitting.. our granddog..(LOL) I knew he would be "better" and that my mind was being a royal Bi___h. He is quite hyper, he is actually doing much better today.. and he is getting out of the "puppy" stage he is almost 4 I think.
I did get him off away from our dogs.. and went thru basic "commands" so he understands who is the alpha here. When he started barking he got a squirt from the water bottle.. and they are all laying nicely now....
I have to "learn" not to get worked up over "nothing" a cigarette won't change things and it is turning out much better than I anticipated....
