questions and thoughts

Thanks bygrace. I have tried Lexapro but it didn't work too well for me. Isn't it funny how one medication is so great for one and not so much for the other. Anyway...I am currently on Cymbalta and it seems to slowly be putting the depression in check. I do still have to struggle with the panic occasionally, but the Charles Linden method has helped me a good deal with that.

Hi there. I am a mom to 4 young children. I was for a while afraid of this. I have to tell you that I take Lexapro and it has worked great for me. I still have panic off and on but there is no depression or obsession issues anymore for me. It worked fast and within the first 7 days I felt so much better!! Now, if I could just get this panic in check.... :confuse:

hi everyone! What about depression and panic....Do any of you worry that you'll fall into a deep oblivion of depression and not be able to function? I think that this is my focus of obsession only because I have a young daughter and worry about taking care of her. What kind of meds are typically prescribed for ocd? I wonder if that would help with the obsessions....
