hey GG, that is totally normal, some days I am amazed my hubby and I made it through those weeks, my Mum was visiting us when we quit, in our very small house with a myriad of things happening - all irritating and unplanned. No one died ;) Deep breaths, long walks, brush your teeth and drink plenty of cold water. You will get through it and come out better on the other side. Holler if you need us okay? Hi Guy! Snappy is okay, moody is okay. Smoking is not okay. All the moodiness will pass - you know this. Day Nine was one of the hardest for me. Get some sleep, let your body and mind get the rest it deserves. Hi Glasgow--keep fighting the fight & keep your eye on the prize. Tomorrow will be better. Try to keep your mind and body busy if you can--it will help. Remember--you had bad days when you smoked too. Keep the quit!!!! ;) My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/1/2008 Smoke-Free Days: 15 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 450 Amount Saved: $101.25 Life Gained: Days: 1 Hrs: 18 Mins: 41 Seconds: 47

Eight days is great! And I see by your hobbies, you walk and cycle, so how about doing one of those before you explode? Try to be nice to everyone and drink lots of water. It will get better!
