Sparky, Congratulation on becoming a grandma again! Enjoy your newest addition. He will never even know that his grandma used to be a smoker! We're glad to hear you made it through the cravings. It's always good to have your coping strategies on hand, you never know when a crave or trigger might come up. Brenna, Bilingual Health Educator

You had quite a bit of stress on you, I am sure it wasn't easy. Way to show those craves!! Congratulations on your grandbaby! Well I am back from our trip. Our new grandson was born Saturday coming into this crazy world at 8#s 5oz and 21" long. The other two love their new brother. I do have to tell you the stress and craves were so over powering. I really do believe if I could have gotten hold of a cigarette I may have smoked it. There were a lot of old tapes playing in my head that set them off. To long to get into it, but the craves were real. I was able to talk to myself and realized there is a lot of work that goes into a smoke, why did we ever bother. First it is finding one or buy a whole pack which is a big mistake, then there is finding a place to smoke it, then trying to get by with it with no one knowing about, then there is the smell so you have to spray yourself so know one would know and then the guilt that would come with it. WHY WOULD YOU EVER WANT TO DO THAT AGAIN!!! :8o: So I went though h3!!, but didn't smoke. We got home safely and Mr. Kitty was so happy to see me. One purr reminded me why I quit and want to stay quit.
