The longer you stay with this site, the longer you'll stay quit. I'm quite sure, I gained a lot of strength I wouldn't have had those first few weeks. The support here is amazing, and after a while, if someone doesn't post, there are an awful lot of people who are genuinely concerned. This is really something for people who have never set eyes on each other. So Kathy, congratulations on making it through hell week. Be prepared for a great ride. Don't forget to join the quit train, and the parades. Be tough! Way to go! Yes you can indeed do it. As my boss keeps telling me "You've smoked your last cigarrette" Why would you want to go back? Indeed! Thank you so much..I really appreciate all your support and kind words of encouragement. I am feeling good and although the first three days were tough, the last 4 haven't been so bad. I have no doubt that I will be able to continue to be smoke free. The planning I did before I quit and this site is what is helping me to be successful this time. So for those of you who are new to this site and have just quit...hang in there, breathe deep and post to this site as often as you like. And to all a happy and smoke free weekend.
