Jim...welcome to the best darned site for smoking cessation you'll ever find! Read, post, plan on drinking lots of ice water, watch your meter (really, it is an awesome tool) and you WILL do this! I was a 36 yr smoker and am still a newbie to this site, only have a few weeeks under my belt (oh yeah, and a little more hanging over it,too, but that will disappear)! I have more energy, I want to work out now that I can actually breathe; it is so nice not to stink of smoke and to have to hide out in public places to sneak a smoke! I promise, you will do it this time. Keep up the positive attitude, always think about what you CAN do, not what you can't and you will be a non smoker before you know it! :p
