Carol, Your feelings sound so much like mine! I just started using this site about 2 weeks ago too, and am already feeling a lot better! I was having attacks almost every day and now they seem to come less frequently and I feel like I can overcome them. The people here are great and although it's too bad that so many people suffer from this it is very nice and comforting to know that we are not alone. I myself am so thankful for finding and joining this site! Congrats on feeling better, it does feel great doesn't it? Take care.

HI Everyone: I just wanted to say to the site Moderators and to all the members, I'm glad I found this web-site and I'm thankful that some people saw the need to have it. I am learning so much and most importantly I don't feel so alone. I've always felt very shameful for having this disorder, I thought I was the only one that felt like this. This web-site has shown me just how common anxiety disorder is. I don't know if its a coinsidence but my anxiety has been a lot better lately. I'm on the 2nd week of the program, have cut out caffene and am trying to eat better and exercise. All this combined plus with the knowledge I'm not alone, I think is really helping. Thanks again to everyone for sharing your stories and advice, it truly can make a differene in someones life. Carol
