:confuse: Noooooo. The first few days I felt like total **** but now the only thing I feel from time to time is sick to my stomach and it is just mostly a blah feeling. You are actually a lower dose than me. Do you feel confused or just funky??? lol

I am curious if you feel strangely at all on your Lexapro? I have the weirdest head fog, tunnel like feeling that just won't go away. I'm not having anxiety or panic attacks but just feel really, really strangely in my head. It has been almost non stop for a month now.

I do good during the day, I am still having some issues at night. I am 100% sure I can talk or think myself right into panic mode.I have GOT to get control on some positive thinking. I have a 10 year old daugther that has ADD (to the maximum degree) and I do not know what is worse, her melt downs or my panic attacks. Along with 3 other daughters I wonder if panic is just part of my parenting life at times...sigh. If HE brings us to it, HE will get us through it.

Ya know, I *think* it is helping. I haven't really had a full blown panic attack in a while (although I have battled by being on the verge of one several times). I am on a lower dose than you ( 5 mg's) so I may need to up my dose a bit. My doctor recommended 10 mg's but I wanted to take it slow and see if a lower dose would help. I am going through a lot in life right now so I can't expect a pill to cure my pain. My father is dying and is suffering greatly, my mother is his caregiver so she is exhausted mentally and physically, and I have a 9 year old son that is severely autistic (and we've been having some new issues with him). I know God is faithful and all things will work together in the end. It's just this "going through" that is hard... but I know once He gets me past all this, I will understand and see why He required me to walk through this. Thanks for the update- I'm so glad it's working for you! (((hugs)))

How is your lexapro working for you? I think we are both on about the same week. I am only sorry I waited so long to start back on it. It has helped such a great deal with the panic and overall anxiety feelings. I am on 10mg a day and I take it at night right before bed. At first it made me feel yuck to my stomach but that has all gone away. How are you doing on it?? I was reading a scripture last night that really touched me. It was talking about how sudden fear will not overtake you (panic) and your sleep will be sweet. Ahhhh. :) Khris
