Hi Wheezer, I am taking Champix , I could see the change within a couple of weeks from starting I was smoking a lot less and I found the cigs tasted horrible, I would light one take a couple of puffs and put it out I was wasting them so I quit. I tried to quit a few times before and I was like a lunatic, I was very cranky I think they prevent you feeling that bad but for me they killed the taste of the cigs hope they work for you give it time. goodluck
