Anxious, Don't let those triggers catch you off gaurd! Make sure to have a solid coping plan ready to deal with each and every trigger you will face. Learn from each one as it will help you get stronger and stronger in your quit. Stress and anxiety are very common triggers but it's important to be ready for these situations and have a backup plan to help you get through them. Good luck at the interview tomorrow. You are all so wonderful...what would I do without you all!! The dumb thing is, I am interviewing for a management position, giving me twice as much stress...even a non smoker doesn't want that. But, that is what I am good at, so I will proceed. Thanks for the well wishes. ;) My Milage: My Quit Date: 12/6/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 69 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 2,070 Amount Saved: $258.75 Life Gained: Days: 5 Hrs: 15 Mins: 55 Seconds: 44

Happy Wednesday and congrats on 69 days of being smoke free! Although it is still difficult isn't it nice knowing that those cravings or junkie thoughts are so much easier to dismiss. Remember that smoking will not help you do well in the interview and now you can be proud that the interviewer is not going to smell stinky smoke from you. I am noticing more and more how big of a turn off both the smell and the image of smoking are. Good luck in your interview! It will feel nice to realize that you can accomplish anything while being a non-smoker!!!!!
