I suffered for 2 days with the chest pain worrying I was having a heart attack thinking it couldnt be heartburn because it wasnt a burning feeling. well, today the chest pain is gone and now that Im currently in a normal state of mind I think back and I was burping and stuff but during my anxiety I ignored the heartburn symptoms and immediately panicked and thought heart attack. hang in there! Im having mild anxiety today though for no apparent reason.

It is 1:00am here and I am having a mild panic attack and the .5mg of Klonopin I usually take in the night isn't working as well as usual. However, I have not been taking a nightly dose of it for about a week now. I was taking it every night before bed because my panic attacks were coming at night. With dr's ok, I have weaned myself off it as a daily dose. We are in the process of selling our house (which is sold and going smoothly) and buying a new house (which is not going so smooth.) I thought I'd post to help me feel better. It does help a little.

And here I sit. Wondering if the chest pain is real, is it not..or just the chili dog I had for dinner. I just started this week back on Lexapro so I am in the stage where the anxiety is actually worse before it gets better. It is these late night attacks I hate so much. :8o:
