I'm taking 1/2 my dose paxil...20 mg& started today with 37.5 effexor xr added to it for a week,then I will take 75 mg effexor xr only ,usually paxil gives me energy ,but today i'm wiped out,is tiredness a side effect that goes away or should I take it at night? What should I expect with SE that goes away? Or stayes,does anyone like this for HA
