Thats along time to be together, it's very hard I know but you will get through this its just going to take time. Speak to your doctor about how you have been feeling. I am sure they can help you..

I am very sorry to hear about your marrige, how long were you married for? Divorce/separation, is a very stressful event, I'm not surprised to hear about your morning anxiety, it should go away in time but you may want to consider talking to your doctor since this has been going on for a few months. He/she may recomend Medication or just a mild relaxent to help you get through this trying time. You are having a normal recation to things that are beyond your control right now. I have night time anxiety, when this is high I will wake up with it, nothing more frustrating then opening your eyes in a panic, nice way to start your day. Good luck
