dawn, You have come to the right place! Please continue to share your thoughts with us. There are many people within this support group that share the same questions and concerns as you. We are all a group of individuals who support each other. If you look to the left of the screen under "TOOLS" you will find many supportive tests. These tests are not diagnostic tools and are not a replacement or substitute for a physician's advice. The purpose of these tests is to prepare you with information that you can present to your physician. When you're finished the test, you can either print your Final Report or email it directly to your doctor. We also have developed a Panic Program. This program is 12-weeks and involves the tools mentioned above. Each session is based on the previous session, so we strongly advise that you work slowly through the program and not jump ahead. These tests may or may not be for you but they are "free". If you have any question or concerns with our €œTOOLS€, you can contact us at support@paniccenter.net. We are the Support Specialist for The Panic Center and are open to any questions or concerns you may have. Looking forward to hearing from you soon! I know what that feels like - never being able to leave your house. If you are trying the non-med route, have you thought about acupuncture, shiatzu massage, switching to organic foods, natural supplements, or energy work? I take meds for my panic (Clonazepam - anti-depressants didn't work for me) and I have tried all of the above. Slowly, but surely, I am improving. Good luck and I'll be sending you lots of positive energy! Sarah :)

I've only been here for a few days, but i have to say that you guys make me feel a lot better and have given me strength to keep on fighting this thing. It's great to know that you're not alone (eventho i wish none of us had to deal with this). So thank you guys! :)

Grace, they say that laughter is a powerful drug, so if we can come here and laugh, or even smile a bit, I would think we might come out ahead. When I read of someone having the same symptoms as I, my heart goes out to them. I know the living hell that my panic attacks cause, but when I see someone else grasping that slight opportunity to poke fun at themselves, smile or maybe even giggle, I realize that there is hope. A party is just what we need!

One great big Panic Person party??! lol I am telling you, nothing makes me feel any better except coming here and hanging with those that I can so relate to and vice versa. When I have symptoms and I am freaking out, I look right for this site and read you are having the same stuff and then I can calmly tell myself... "Okay self, what are the chances that you and a dozen other people are all dying of the same undiagnosed illness?" We can all have a big party and panic together and survive it together and hey, who knows it might be a good start to a cure!
