Blondie89, Your heartrate will increase with the physical activity as you are aware. A heartrate (resting) of 90 at your age is not abnormal. If you continue to be concerned about your heartrate, follow up with your doctor. If you feel it is anxiety, take some deep relaxation breaths and your pulse will naturally go down. if you are working out then it's normal for your pulse to be going faster than usual. Try taking your pulse when you are at rest, then after working out, and then when you have a panic attack. During one of my attacks my pulse was 117. You have to see whats normal for you.

Ok tonight i was working out and i was fine...Well lately i have been worried about my pulse being too fast...after about an hour of being done of working out my pulse was still 92! I think i may have freeked out when i took my pulse. I have been so worried! Is like a 90-95 pulse ok? usually it is lower but i have been scared lately. I am 15 do I need to worry about my heartrate? The doctor told me that i was fine and had a healthy heart at my physical 5mos ago. I am scared that it has changed since then...I am getting close to my peroid too and i was wondering if that can up your heartrate. Well thanks so much! Blondie
