Dee, Make sure you follow up with symptoms that last longer than usual with your doctor. Keep close, post as often as you need. Angela, _____________________________ The Panic Center Support Team

Yes, what you are saying is what I deal with daily. It drives me nuts. A year ago my panic was out of hand, full blown attacks. Now it is constantly right on the verge with almost daily chest pain and I have a LOT of pain between the shoulder blades. It is just enough to keep me on the edge and pop a Xanax. Good grief what I would give to not have to deal with this.

I've had panic disorder for almost 6 years now (got it when i was 16). Back then I used to either get full blow attacks or be completely ok. Now i find that I dont get full blow attacks, but i get a lot of the symptoms of an attack. Like instead of being dizzy, palpitations, chest pain, etc... all at once, I'll just go all day with my chest hurting and feeling like i cant breathe. I think that it's probably anxiety, but does anyone else get this?
