I am expereincing a really disturbing sensation of like feeling pressure in all my body, just like when i get very angry it looks like i have pressure on my neck back side of my head and also the muscles in my hands, i get really scared andn think that my blood presuree is up and i can have storke any minue? any body with such expereince plz hellp.
