Well, thanks, sis. You can be even more impressed cuz I just got back from working out and I'm only 15 lbs up as of today. Yay, me!

Lol! I'm right there with ya, bear. In fact, I'm on my way to the gym in a few minutes. I worked out a ton when I first quit because it distracted me for a couple hours. Then when I got comfortable not smoking, I quit working out and gained 20 lbs! I was kind of skinny before so my goal is only ten but grandma's right, those then are the tough ones.
Good luck, bear! Maybe our next reward should be a treadmill, eh? ;p

How cute a 260 lb teddy bear. Well you didn't gain it in a month so don't think you can lose it that fast. You don't have a personal trainer or some chef to cook for you so you have to do it all by yourself just like when you quit smoking. I only have 10 to lose and that seems harder than the ones who have 50. Got a pedometer and haven't walked since its nonstop rain. Should go to mall then I'll buy food. We can do it though. judy ;)

Hey Bear, you may have to store the remote between your toes, that way you gotta do a sit up to change channels! LOL! Good luck! :p

Just bought myself a shiny new scale. When it started to take 20 min. every morning to put my socks on I figured I better check my weight to see what was going on.Well that dam scale lied to me there's no way I could weigh 262 lb's right.Wrong.The good news is I have only gained 10 lbs since I quit smoking the bad news is I've gained 50 lbs since I retired.. Me thinks an exercise plan might be in order here.
