Okay, who is a workaholic to keep the panic away?

I read a lot of you on here about staying homebound because of the panic. I am the total opposite. I will work myself 9-12 hour days just because it is the quiet calm times that brings me to panic. If I am at work and stay busy then I have no time to obsess about things and have panic, but put me at home and with nothing to do and it is sure thing that I am going to panic. I have got to the point, I HATE down time and would probably be a total workaholic if I did not have children at home that need me.
