Hello Chris
I don't have any answers for you as to what you can do but I want to let you know that you are not alone. I have been off work for 4 months with GAD with bad agraphobia. I tried to return to work once but failed and I am also depressed because I told everybody that I can not buy them anything for Christmas. Remember though that is not what Christmass is about. You and I will get our health back for Christmass and be able to return to work. My goal to return to my job again is the end of December. I am in the insurance business and it is very very stressfull. My Phys told me that I would be able to handle it as soon as my meds kicked in. I have been on so many different kinds of meds and they finally figured out that my body can not handle the anti depressants which is weird cause I took paxil for 3 years and never had any problems anyways.. I am on Lithium and Lamictal although I feel spaced out I am counting on God to also help me get thru this cause I can not do it on my own. Sorry I did't have any answers for you..... Maybe you have to just experiment and see what you can handle. Just don't give up. If one doesn't work try another.
Best wishes
Brenda
