Great thread, BC! Excellent post, martha! I also feel that I am a more authientic version of myself. That's why I often call this quit the journey to myself.
I LOVE MY QUIT. Lots of things keep me quit, but one big one is all of you. When I start thinking I can have just one, I imagine having to come here & tell all of you, or I think aloha will phone & know I'm smoking. I don't want to smoke, but even if I did, I couldn't. I'm unhooked!
