I found this website last week while I was searching around on the net about my medication. I used to take Remeron, then switched to Serzone (Remeron had serious weight gain), Serzone was bad so then Paxil (also weight gain), so now i'm taking Effexor (75mg) and also clonapin 2x a day and Gabitril 1x a day. I dont feel like myself at all. I did feel better on the Paxil, but gained so much weight from it (50 lbs!!) that my doctor thought we'd try something else. I'm constantly in fear of having a panic attack and have actually had a few, which have been under control for some time. Is there anything specific i can do to get through this tough time? I don't even want to leave my house sometimes, tomorrow is Thanksgiving and I am not even wanting to go to my parents house to eat. They only live about 1 hour away and I never have an attack in the car, but for some reason, when the panic is bad, I always end up either having a full blown attack there or making myself sick and ending up in the bathroom. I have no idea what the problem is, but now that I'm not feeling quite myself, i'm worried this might happen tomorrow. Any advice? Thanks, Jenn
