Ah yes - 'nosh' is also a word for food here but only in the singular - lol I wish I could hide them but unfortunately they've all stuck to my butt in the last 5 months or so :( lol
Yeah keep busy - good plan about leaving the dishes till the morning - the only thing is before you know it you'll start to wish you'd done them the night before - and that will be a good thing - because that'll be the time when you no longer need to keep busy coz you'll have kicked way loads of nico butt by then!!
Thanks Sam, amazing where the time goes (I still think of you as being my quit buddy and that you should have those numbers in your stats too.) Well you will soon Sam, just stay with it - you are looking really good from where I'm standing!!!
Have an awesome day!!!

'Morning Ex !
Thanks :) I am doing pretty good .. letting out all of my
'arrrggggh's' etc etc right now.. LOL !
Noshes means snacks. It's a yiddish word.. so smart aren't I ?
OMG I'm pretty full of myself right now :eg:
Having a heck of a time - as usual - in the mornings with these
craves. I ended up leaving all the dinner dishes in the sink last
night so that I'd have something to do this morning. Now I'm going
to get the laundry ready and take it downstairs to do in an hour
or so. I ALWAYS have to have something planned to do.. it gets
awful tiring, but I'd rather be tired than to light up.. right ?
You are doing so beautifully hon.. sooooooo proud of you :)
Ok.. time to move, move, move.. hehe
Have a great day :)

Yeah I dunno what happened there - I guess the whole thread got deleted! Maybe you have to start your own - but to be honest you're doing great without an arghhhh thread by the looks of it - and what a great attitude!!
Oh snow - I wish it would snow here - it's so beautiful especially when it falls overnight and there's not a mark on it in the morning.
btw what are noshes?
Anyway, you keep going you are doing awesome Sam!!

Ex - went to the link, wrote a whole thing and then poof ! It all
disappeared and an error message came up :(
Kick I just write what's floating around inside my head.. LOL !
You have some great stat's there :) Btw.. hide your noshes ;)
I can see that mornings are going to be the toughest of my days.
*HUGE SIGH*
Good thing I don't have to talk to anybody for the 1st several hours
of my day, else I'd be biting off heads and saving them for dinner...
EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEK !
Can't wait for the shops to open.. Walking seems to really help.
When I get out today, what with all the snow that fell over night,
I'm going to take that &)(&^#^@^ nicodemon and shove him in DEEP in
the snow.. CHOKE ON IT !
I know he's going to dig himself out and come right back to me...
but he's not going to win .. not this time ! :eg:
Movie last night was so good and yes, needed the kleenex box.
Haven't decided on tonight's flick.. likely something lighter.
Ok Ex, will try that link soon.. or you can get it started and see
if you have better luck .. k ?
See you later.. time to dust the furniture.

Sam..you are a kick. You have a way of writing what I was thinking at the 9 day mark. I guess I'm just not that articulate.
Well, glad you made it through the day. Just now I got home from work to find that my daughters ate all the things I nosh on after I get home. I'm not too happy about this. It's just something else to deal with.
Keep up the good work on your quit..2 weeks on the way.

EX ! ! ! ! ! Arrggggggggggggggggghhhhhhhhhhh ! LOL ! ! !
That's exactly what I was doing this morning with the craves ;)
Letting it out not just by vacuuming like I worked for Molly Maid,
but grunting and groaning while doing my breathing exercises !
Sooooooo great to see you and OMG.. you are doing great !
WOOOOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOOO FOR YOU :) :)
Thanks Unhooked :) I absolutely did hang in and just felt totally
exhausted at 2:30 so I did what I said I'd do.. layed down and rested.
Yes Danielle I am rewarding myself daily with little things like
afternoon rests, stopping everything and picking up a magazine and
read, every evening I pick out a movie either on dvd or video
accompanied with some ice water or iced tea and some healthy noshes ;)
Wow Martha ! Look at your stats --- SO COOL !
Thanks so much for your encouraging words :)
Well it's almost 6 p.m. here and I'm going to set up for the
evening - movie for tonight is "March of the Penguins".
I feel so much better than I did earlier this morning and I'm pretty
pleased with the way I dealt with it all :)
Have a super evening everyone.. and see you all tomorrow !
