Stopping smoking is the biggest thing we can do for ourselves in our lifetime, the transition from smoker to non-smoker is a real eye opener. Everyone.... Weather it be day 1 or day 100,0000 you should all be extremely proud of yourselves. It's quite an accomplishment to be able say 'I don't smoke anymore'. Me, well since i stopped smoking i've been so happy i can't believe it ! But i guess all you noobs will find this out for yourselves My Milage: My Quit Date: 1/1/2005 Smoke-Free Days: 1063 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 37,205 Amount Saved: $6,909.50 Life Gained: Days: 151 Hrs: 22 Mins: 14 Seconds: 47
