Hey THANKS PHIL FOR YOUR CANDOR!! I hear you loud and clear. I associate with that. Off and on I feel something is missing....or out of order. It mostly is down time and it feels like a void. It's not that I would smoke....but sometimes I find the thoughts annoying. Know what I mean? Then I rationalize ...hey....our brains do think....do remember! We can't remove our pasts. They are what they were. We use to smoke and it's part of our memories. I still think of my first love every now and then. It fades with time..but it will always be there. I can't change what happened. But...I can keep it in a compartment of my brain and remember from time to time. Still....I wouldn't want to go back in time.....so I move forward in the "here and now". Your such and inspiration to us. Phil, Are you sure? I'm not saying that you're not craving, but for WHAT? Occasionally, I'll get what used to feel like a cig craving, and when I analyse it, realise that I'm just hungry or thirsty. Perhaps you haven't been paying enough attention to your nozzly thing.. :p My Milage: My Quit Date: 2/13/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 650 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 19,500 Amount Saved: 4,875.00 Life Gained: Days: 104 Hrs: 10 Mins: 15 Seconds: 29
