Thanks for the support and encouragement Below are just some random thoughts/rambling: 1. I've noticed there are a lot of people who smoke in their cars. 2. I've noticed there's a lot of cigarette butts on the streets/roads/highways. A lot of them are probably mine. (I'm so embarrased) 3. I can smell my deodorant without putting my nose next to my armpit. 4. The color of the nail on my left index finger (this was where I held my cigs) matches the nail on my right index finger. 5. Cigarette is no longer the first thing I think about upon waking up. I just get up and take a shower. 6. I am able to exercise a lot longer and more intense now.
