You need rewards to make your brain happy and trick it into thinking it's getting the usual reward !!!! Hi Bear, You just buy yourself anything that your little heart desires..rewards do NOT have to be something that we need. We used cigs as little rewards throughout the day..20,30,40 times a day. Now, we need some rewards to give us that feeling of wellbeing. You have helped alot of people here on scc, made them laugh, made them think about what quitting smoking means to their life. You deserve all the good in this life. new me My Milage: My Quit Date: 5/26/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 180 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 4,320 Amount Saved: $900.00 Life Gained: Days: 24 Hrs: 18 Mins: 51 Seconds: 27

Validation is key in your journey and rewards can be the validation you need. You are doing something positive and for yourself, you are special and you deserve a reward! Josie, Support Specialist

I've been doing battle with myself ever since I made it to 8 months smoke free. You guessed it its over rewards again. Now I'm a good person and I have made it this far inspite of myself but when it comes to rewards I loose it.So I need some help here.I have a very nice computer with a dual core 2.2 ghz cpu but as a reward I thought I would reward myself with a 3.0 ghz cpu ($ 175.00 ).Now I certainly don't need a new cpu so here's were I need your help. Why do we need rewards again ?? I've forgotten. :p My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/20/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 246 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 4,428 Amount Saved: $2,460.00 Life Gained: Days: 56 Hrs: 6 Mins: 5 Seconds: 59
