Left Temple Pain?

20 years ago 0 58 logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo 0
Sam, it is a possibility that if you have a stiff neck and shoulders that a muscle trigger point may be making the pain in your head. Does it change or stop with massage at all? Maybe ask the therapist about it if you go back in (I think you said you get massage). Otherwise tell your Doctor you want to know what is causing it. I used to have a chiropractor too that did cranial therapy and it did help with the headaches BTW. Have you been able to relax at all? I don't know about you but even if I sit still and try to relax I can't seem to lately.

Been there and done most of that! I am doing a workbook with a pycologist as we speak which is sorta of the same as your panic program. Sam S

Sam, What has your doctor said to you? Have you had a complete physical? You need to get yourself looked after. Have your seen a therapist? When you first started, we mentioned the Panic Program, please take a look. Many individuals have raved about its' success. Take Panic Test and give the results to your doctor. This may better assess your situation. Your may also want to discuss exercise with your doctor. Exercise is key element in our bodies, and a useful way to keep fit and clear. Hope this helps, Josie ______________________________ The Panic Center Support Team.
