Two things got me through day 1! Raking leaves and the start to my Christmas shopping. And watching TV. Ok, so now I'm up to three things! Yesterday, I kept busy. There will be days, as I've learned in the past, that I'll feel like doing nothing. And I FULLY intend to indulge myself. If there's one thing I've learned, its to take advantage of the good days, and lay low on the trying ones. Staying close to this site, as others have advised me, is one of the best coping tools of all! Keeping it one crave at a time, Jan :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 11/18/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 1 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 30 Amount Saved: $8.50 Life Gained: Days: 0 Hrs: 3 Mins: 25 Seconds: 12
