Queen39f, Congratulations on making your decision to quit and welcome to the SSC support group. We really encourage you to work through the program and prepare yourself for your quit. You will also develop coping skills to deal with cravings and triggers. The ciganot smokeless cigarette should help to satisfy your oral cravings and the hand to mouth motion. You can also beat these cravings with chewing gum, healthy snacks (like carrot sticks), cold water, straws, cinnamon sticks and many other things. Our members can offer you a lot of tips about what helped them fight these cravings. Brenna, Bilingual Support Specialist

Hi Queen, Does this ciganot contain nicotine? Is it like a nicotine inhaler? If it is just something to suck on..save your money and try a straw! I really have never heard of it. Maybe someone will come along that is more familiar. Congratulations on your decision to quit smoking. You can do it. new me My Milage: My Quit Date: 5/26/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 177 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 4,248 Amount Saved: $885.00 Life Gained: Days: 24 Hrs: 10 Mins: 15 Seconds: 23

HI, queen39f. I don't think anyone here has used this product. I understood this to be a more socially acceptable means of continuing to smoke, or at least use nicotine, rather than a quit aid. I've never heard of anyone using it that way, so sorry I can't help. Did the produict come with any instructions for using it as a quit aid? If so, maybe try following them & see how it works, then make any adjustments as yo go along. Maybe someone else had more info ? I encourage you to work throught the program here if you haven't already. That's something I can tell you for sure works. Congrats on setting your quit date & good luck. Hello, I have bought the ciganot smokeless cigarette and was wondering if anyone has tried it and if it works to help relieve the cravings. My quit date is tomorrow and would like some input. Tu
