Wazz, its starting....You're starting to feel the wonderful effects of the quit! Take a look in the mirror too. I bet you see clearer brighter skin, and more color in your face! Keep taking those deep breaths, your lungs are starting to thank you for quitting! You are healing, isn't it great? :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/5/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 253 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 6,325 Amount Saved: $2,669.15 Life Gained: Days: 30 Hrs: 22 Mins: 53 Seconds: 0

Sometimes when I am outside I take really deep breaths. I imagine cleaning out my lungs with the fresh air they are so thirsty for! It is amazing how good a really deep breath feels. Here is a pic for you just incase you don't see it on another thread.
