kelly,
i can certainly relate to you. i have been feeling a bit out of sorts, down, blah for a couple weeks now. when i wasn't working, i was sleeping to get through. i am on meds for depression and they might have to be adjusted now that i quit. i'm not sure if its the quit or not but it seemed like it was when i have quit before, there was definitely a pattern. i was an emotional smoker, always running to the cig when the going got tough. this time though i am not going to cave to the emotions. i am starting to feel my feelings, good or bad, without the smokescreen. the last couple days have been getting better, i think i am over the hump and i DIDN"T smoke. hang in there kelly...seeing a dr. should put your mind at ease.
