Hey Wazz, Junkie is just a term we use to name that alter ego that is always nagging us to smoke. Some also call it the Nicodemon! Some people have likened to having a split personality, as it is a mental battle back & forth, like a tennis match, to smoke or not to. No one is meaning to call you anything other than Wazz! You are doing great by the way! Hang in there, the good stuff is so worth fighting for! :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/5/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 249 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 6,225 Amount Saved: $2,626.95 Life Gained: Days: 30 Hrs: 11 Mins: 3 Seconds: 32

Comp is kind of a trigger. Smkoing passes the time while I was on it so Ive cut back on pc time for the 1st week. Terminalogy be what it may I really dislike being called or associated as a junkie. I much more perfer addict if I have to have a label. I think the perseption of "junkie" isnt what I what to associate with. Thanks just giving me opinion. 1 week done on to week 2 :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 11/2/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 7 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 154 Amount Saved: $41.58 Life Gained: Days: 1 Hrs: 2 Mins: 41 Seconds: 47

Hey, Wazz! Congrats on getting hell week behind you. Lainey is right, if your computer is a trigger, rearranging the space helps a lot. It confuses the junkie, he isn't too bright you know. Keep it up, you're doing great & you're over the worst of it! Congrats on one week done Wazz! Wazz something that really works is to rearrange the items on your computer desk, move the screen, printer all around, even if it is just for a couple of months. I don't know why it works but it does work! Give it a try! :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/5/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 249 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 6,225 Amount Saved: $2,626.95 Life Gained: Days: 30 Hrs: 10 Mins: 22 Seconds: 20
