Dreams can be a reminder that you once smoked-that you dont smoke- or that your quit is very important. Mostly it reminds us of how important it is not to smoke.

I hear you, kaiti. I have a freind who quit smoking when she lost her leg to buerger's (sp?) disease over 20 years ago. She says she still dreams of smoking, too, and wakes up terrified that she will lose her other leg. That's how powerful a hold this addiction can have on us!

I just wanted to pass this along. I work with a girl who quit smoking 22 years (yes 22 YEARS) ago, and STILL occasionally dreams about smoking. When she wakes up, she is mad at herself until she realizes it was a dream. So, don't let your smoking dreams terrorize you, they can't hurt you, they are only dreams to be ignored!
