I have that feeling in my head too, but I noticed that it happens about the time that my hormones are doing something. It feels like something is running down my scalp.

Hi Sarabrooke, I can so relate to your symptoms. I have been suffering from panic attacks/anxiety for over 4 years now. I have not posted for a long time, but feel like I am going back down that road again. I get the feelings that the muscles in my head are moving as well. It is so frightening. I havent had it for a while, but it has come back again this week and my anxiety has hit the roof again now, as I think it is a tumour etc.

Does anyone ever get the symptom that their head feels numb? It is really hard to describe but it feels like the muscles in my head are moving too. This is what is causing my anxiety for the last few months. I'm soooooooo, typically, worried that I have a brain tumor or something? I have a new baby and am sooooo happy with my life, except for the whole anxiety thing. Can anyone relate to this crazy and yucky feeling in their head. I could really use some support! Thanks so much!
